Plan b helps in preventing pregnancy after an unprotected sex. Plan b is prescribed when other forms of birth control fail.
Always follow your doctor’s direction while taking plan b. You have to take care not to take larger amounts of the drug and also not to take the drug for longer duration. The first Plan b dose should be used within 72 hours of sex. The second dosage should be taken after 12 hours. While taking the drug, keep in mind to maintain the timing between the two doses. If the timings are not maintained, plan b will not have any impact.
